Let it snow...

It's snowing beautifully in Poznań. All day long! 
Everything is so quiet and calm. 
So to stay in the snowy mood, I recommend a song by Ingrid Michaelson:

I believe I can fly!

Did you know that dogs can fly? I didn't. I also didn't know that there is a big event  in Poznań with flying dogs. I found it very amusing. And it really was. Believe me! Apparently in dogs world it is something like Olympic Games. This weekend, dogs from various places in Europe came to Poznań to fly, dive, dance and  do other crazy doggy things...

I wonder how long does it take to teach your dog "fly". Can all dogs fly or maybe some are too lazy to learn? My dog used to jump only to steal chocolate or lollypops, mostly from innocent and definitely not expecting it children. That was her only motivation.

Yucatan ym Mhoznań

Dw i wedi dod yn ôl o'r cyngerdd y grwp Yucatan. Sa i'n gwbod pam ydyn nhw'd dod i Boznań ;), ond dw i'n hapus iawn wnaethon nhw. Cymraeg yn mwy poblogaidd yma! Roedd y cyngerdd yn KontenerArt. KontenerArt yw traeth bron canol y dinas (7 munud o Stary Rynek). Mae'r celf ac ymlacio yn un lle. Wyt ti'n gallu torheulo, chwarae volleyball yn tywod neu cyfranogi digwyddiadau artistig fel cyngerdd Yucatan.

Ar ôl Euro Championship 2012 mae Poznań yw gwag. Dim pel droed fans, dim myfyrwr...Mae'r dinas wedi arafu. Dw i ddim wedi erioed treulio'r haf ym Mhoznań. Mae hi'n diddorol iawn a gwahanol ond positif.

Dw i wedi symud i fflat newydd  agos iawn i ganol y dinas a fy pethau yw eto yn bocsys. Yn awr, dw i dymuno i bod lleiafol (minimalist???).

Cymraeg ym Mharis

Ffeindiais i'r siop yma ar Rue du Bac ym Mharis. Roedd hi'n syrpreis pleserus iawn! Cymru yw bob le! :)
Heddiw, mae'r ysgol yng Ngwlad Pwyl yn gorffen a gwyliau yn dechrau. Onid yw pawb yn hoff ohonynt?  Yn sydyn, galli ti'n wneud popeth wyt ti eisiau. Oes da' ti cynlluniau?

The first day of holidays in Poland is, unexpectedly, extremely hot. Streets are full of children who are waving with their documents which confirm their promotion to the next class, and more importantly at least for them, the end of school suffering. It's a funny sight because by the way of 'waving' you can tell what type of students were they. Those who were diligent and good students have they diploma secured in transparent files as they will be admired by the whole family: parents, aunts, grandmothers, grandfathers and all the guests that happen to appear in their house. 

Those who have 'nothing interesting' on their diplomas keep them folded in their pockets or allow the wind to take the papers out of parents sight. 

But holidays are fair: come to everybody at the same time without favouring. 

Although I'm no longer a student I've decided to celebrate the first day of holidays in my usual way: a book and ice cream ;)

Yn arbennig, Dw i'n hoff iawn o ddarlun Jack Do :)

Zupełnie przed przypadek dowiedziałam się, że Cafe Kawka zmienia swoją siedzibę. Ciekawi mnie, czy będą w stanie utrzymać ten sam klimat i atmosferę w innym miejscu.
Może mieliście okazję już ją odwiedzić? Jakie są wasze wrażenia?

Have a nice weekend everyone! 

It's warmer and warmer, here in Poznań, and I saw yesterday my private ultimate sign of spring - a lady who sells daffodils near bus station. So it must be spring! 

And it's definitely high time to look for outdoor activities:

1. If you have time and feel like walking a lot I suggest visiting New Zoo. It's quite big and its elephant house is especially interesting. 

2. If you're fond of butterflies, there is an exhibition in Palm House.

3. And in case you are not a big fan of fresh air ;) it's good to know that you can visit almost all museums for free on Saturdays. 

Z dnia na dzień jest coraz cieplej i oczywiście wiosenniej. Przy przejściu podziemnym koło dworca PKS niezawodnie pojawiła się Pani sprzedająca żonkile - taki mój prywatny poznański zwiastun wiosny. I podobno bocian Albert, któremu ktoś kiedyś założył obrączkę z GPS-em, zmierza w stronę Polski...

Zatem w oczekiwaniu na boćki, życzę Wam wiosennego weekendu!
